Storage Agreement

The above listed party agrees to pay, in advance, to the Grant County Agricultural Association for the storage of the described property at the Grant County Fairgrounds during the winter months of 2024 & 2025. Write your name, address, and phone number on the slip provided, and it will be attached to your item/items. We request that batteries be disconnected and a piece of cardboard be placed underneath motors to protect against oil leaking onto the floor.

• All stored properties must be removed by June 1st, 2025.
• It is understood that the Grant County Agricultural Association does not have a policy of insurance coverage for the loss of stored property. If the owner wishes to protest against loss, he/she should obtain sufficient insurance coverage to protect the stored property from all perils.
• OWNER ASSUMES SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY for death or injury to person and damage to, or loss of, property resulting from the use, operations, storage, and maintenance of the stored property under this agreement, and will indemnify and hold the Grant County Agricultural Association harmless against all claims, damages, and expenses that may arise in that regard.
